She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Rush University, Founding Partner and Medical Director of Comprehensive Center for Women's Medicine, a multi-specialty holistic medical practice for women, and a Medical Director of Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery medical spa.

She has been caring for women in all phases of their lives, specializing in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Menopause and Hormone Imbalance Management and Medical Aesthetics.

Dr. Skul is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, who received many Teaching and Service Awards. She has helped shape the guidelines of the American College of Physicians for inclusion of women's health topics in internal medicine residency curriculum for all of the national training programs. For that effort she was awarded the prestigious Laureate Award by the leadership of the College.

Dr. Skul was recognized by Chicago Magazine as one of The Best Doctors for Women in Chicago and was also named Nations Top Doctors by U.S., Top Doctors Internal Medicine, Top Primary Care Doctors in Chicago, Super Doctors, Regional Top Doctors year after year and one of the Exceptional Women in Medicine in 2019.

Dr. Skul enjoys travel, classical music, hiking, organic gardening and raw food preparation, protecting the environment and she passionately supports organizations that empower girls and women.
